The NLRB Court Case
I don't really have anything to add to this, but I was wondering about it
so maybe others were, too. SCOTUSBlog's John Elwood seems pretty confident
that confirmation of the new replacement will not derail the recess
appointment court case, scheduled to be considered by the Supremes in their
upcoming term (via Goddard).
It's worth a reminder that this is a pretty big deal of a case, too. The
lower courts took somewhat different positions, but the DC Circuit in

19-year-old Texan Justin Carter, who has been jailed since March over a
sarcastic Facebook comment, has had his $500,000 bond posted by an
anonymous donor.
According to MSNBC, the bail was made by the “anonymous good Samaritan” on
Thursday, July 11th.
The comment that landed Carter in jail read, ”I think Ima shoot up a

The HIV Care Continuum Initiative claims responsibility for recent
successes in the study of HIV but says "further Federal action is

I think this is extremely important in our understanding of a whole range
of skills were reaction becomes preternatural. Several clocks are
integrated but this can also be selected for. The quick lesson is that key
skills need to be made autonomous.

Just Three Pints of Beer a Week
I am not entirely sure that the conclusions are fully warranted, but it
clear that sustaining high level brain function and chronic beer
consumption are seriously contra indicated. The more serious problem is
all this is also tied into our social behavior and sexual protocols. So it

Eric Holder Watch - First at a speech given to the NAACP today , he apparently blasted " Stand Your Ground Laws " ( which were not at issue in the George Zimmerman trial by the way ) and the idea of self - defense as dangerous and may lead to escalations ? ? And is the brother of George Zimmerman correct in assering that the DOJ solicited the public concerning information that could help a potential federal civil rights prosecution ? ?
