with the Andromeda Galaxy in a few billion years, it might. Pictured below
is NGC 7252, a jumble of stars created by a huge collision between two
large galaxies. The collision will take hundreds of millions of years and

'Councils in England should publish annual parking-charge accounts if they
want to prove they are not being used as a "cash cow", MPs have said.
The Transport Committee warned it was "neither acceptable nor legal" to use
fines to increase revenue.
Councils made a surplus of hundreds of millions of pounds each year, it
added.
The MPs urged ministers to freeze charges, currently capped at £130 in
London and £70 outside. Councils said money raised went back into services.

text. The obvious vicissitudes to which the spoken word is subject - the

time to look at the most recent Irish immigration data to update it through
April 2013 (Ireland records population data from May 1 to April 30) and see
how it affects the reported unemployment rate. The picture remains ugly,
with emigration climbing once again, from 87,100 in 2011-2012 to 89,000 in

verbiage and instead adopted "Climate Change" as though the two terms meant
the same thing, to the point that (for example) The LA Times will no longer
print letters from "climate change deniers." This is, rather transparently,
a straw man argument: take someone who has legitimate doubts about the
science of global warming (disclaimer: Southern Man would be one of those,
for good solid scientific reasons) and accuse them of something entirely

week means we're going to get something that this Congress has managed to
put off so far: outrageous hype over a special election.
All House elections are important, and this Tampa-area one will be in one
