The Review Panel acted bias the entire process. I listened to thousands of people give testimony opposing this stupid idea. I knew the panel was bias when at every turn, they stopped and shot down any mention of economy, jobs, bitumen, pipelines, health, science, news, history... Just " personal testimony not otherwise able to be written" was allowed.
6 "foreign funded radicals" spoke. All 6 were from the oil industry.

Ever since the Deepwater Horizon catastrophe, something has been terribly wrong with the dolphins, the Dolphin Queen warned me. I was on a kayaking trip with a friend in the Gulf of Mexico when we got caught in a hurricane. The Dolphin Queen invited us to wait out the storm at her house, where we ate Christmas ham with her family and listened as she talked about her favorite subject: the dolphins.
