FUCK YOU STEVE HARPER

The Globe and Mail likes to think its Canada's Grey Lady. Well its never been that and now the Grey Lady is obviously as mixed up with strange fruit as any tree rooted in journalism. Dear Leader Harper prints a heroic message. Oh how I struggle to withhold the volcanic puke because I love this country too much to damage it further with my bile. CBC-Ottawa's biased reporting of a pro-Palestine rally -- Not good

By Denis G. Rancourt On July 26, 2014, I was there. I took more than 250 pictures and 8 videos. I followed the demo from start to finish. It was the most vibrant, humanistic, family-oriented demo that I have ever seen in Ottawa. There were more than 2000 participants, possibly as many as 5000 or more, counting those who did not stay the whole time and did not walk to the end-destination. Then

Is the Common Spent Fuel Pool the Source of Emissions?

I'm not sure whether the recent Fukushima Daiichi emissions are primarily coming from the common spent fuel area or from somewhere else, off screen of the TEPCO cams. If you look at my screenshots below and here: http://majiasblog.blogspot.com/2014/07/fukushima-emissions.html you will notice that the emissions seem to be coming up from the common spent fuel pool building or an offscreen building in that vicinity. Peace in the Middle East: http://youtu.be/sNNhG0zDtA8

If the U.S. and its vassals truly wanted to know what dastardly deeds Russia is pulling against "innocent" Ukraine, they would either send observers ...or take advantage of unbiased observers such as Human Rights Watch. Here below Human Rights Watch members on the spot have not only found no Russian troops in the Russian-speaking province of Donetsk, or firing across the Russia-Donetsk border at these innocent civilians (as the U.S. alleges), but they have painstakingly determined that rockets that have been destroying buildings and murdering inhabitants of Donetsk have been fired from areas under the control of the neocon/neo-Nazi Ukrainian government (which the U.S. supports). Clearly Russia is innocent of what the U.S. and its vassals allege justifies nuclear war against Russia. Is all human life on earth to be eradicated due to the lies of Washington as promulgated by the despicable "mainstream media" and blindly accepted by the gullible American people?

HRW's definition of "human shields" changes when Israel is involved

Human Rights Watch seem to have a very fluid definition of 'human shields' depending on Israel's involvement... The reflexive nature of this state is apparent even in the small stuff. Does this mean that the US-NATO will have to send in troops to Ukraine to rescue the Kiev regime? Already there are many rumors that Polish soldiers could be fighting in the east on behalf of Kiev.

Genital Mutilation: Facts, Fictions, Faux-Feminism and Fortitude

REMEMBERING OUR HISTORY

Bruce K. Gagnon at Organizing Notes - 20 hours ago
This is an ugly piece of American history that has been swept under the rug. Very few people know about this shameful event where the US Army, led by some of the most revered heroes of WWII, were turned on the veterans of WWI in the streets of Washington, DC. So all the talk about "support our troops" is actually a crock of bullshit.

Israel's Weapons of Mass Deception

Three days ago, the *United Nations **Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs* replaced their usual map of the Gaza Strip with one featuring a Christo-like pink skirt inside Gaza. This area covers 162 km sq. (44% of the Gaza Strip) Around 250,000 people were residing in this area prior to its declaration." *44% of the Gaza Strip and a quart... more »

The event was held at Ramona Mainstage, on Main Street in the heart of downtown Ramona, a small town in northeast San Diego County. The Israeli Genocide Of Gaza Continues: Insane Israeli Prime Minister States That Hamas Is Using Rising Death Toll To Make Israel Look Bad (The Man Is A Lunatic!)

The slaughter in Gaza continues…. Right now we are approaching the end of a "ceasefire" that will indeed see Israel continue their onslaught on the innocent people of Gaza using US made and US taxpayer bought and paid for weapons of mass destruction…. The death toll so far is well over "1000" including hundreds of innocent women and children, and I have long claimed that due to the population density of the Gaza Strip itself the actual death toll is actually over 20x the reported figure.. It is indeed genocide…. It has been remarkable to watch and read all the lies coming out of the... more »

Yes, the death toll in the criminal and homicidal Israeli assault on the innocent people of Gaza is now well above "1000" as reported by the Jew spew press… In my last night discussion with Whitewraithe, I laid it out clearly that since Gaza is so heavily packed with people almost wall to wall, I said that the death toll is actually right now in the tens of thousands. It is a slaughter of innocent people and it is so troubling that many of the people are still brainwashed by the lies that Israel is somehow doing this genocide as a means of "self defense". New Jersey's Hedge Fund Guru In Indiana

The first shot from the BBC was fired on the Today programme, when for no obvious reason we were treated to the staggering information that Mira Bar-Hillel. “Is never going to go back to Israel.” “What a calamity” is what I don’t think many Israelis will be saying. Paul Adams began an episode of From Our Own Correspondent by painting an emotive picture. His impression of leaving Gaza was reminiscent of a mawkish article by the unequivocally pro Palestinian Jon Snow. Israel, a strong ally of Empire, is thought to be a spearhead for U.S hegemony in the Middle East, and the rules of international law and peace are being defied on a daily basis as Gaza shakes beneath the terror of daily bombardments. published originally on CounterPunch The supreme art of war consists in subduing an enemy without fighting. - Sun Tzu As military and paramilitary forces (and the institutions they serve) continue to bombard and maim the people of the world - and as the death tolls in Gaza, Congo, Iraq, and other war zones, continue to rise - one cannot help but wonder whether the relatively voiceless, seemingly dis-empowered, people of the planet are really unable to do anything - beyond offering largely symbolic condemnations and demonstrations of solidarity - to halt these monstrosities. It's stiff, formal, trite, obviously written in advance. This was handed to the paper and, obviously, the reporter didn't ask a single question. This is just a free, political ad. Miami-Dade Court Rules In Favor Of Gay Marriage

Donna Ballman at Screw You Guys, I'm Going Home - 1 day ago
As I predicted yesterday in my post about the Key West ruling favoring gay marriage, the other Florida courts that have cases pending on same-sex marriage are starting to rule. Miami-Dade Judge Sarah Zabel ruled yesterday (after my blog post) that denying gay marriage violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Don't rush to Miami yet. The judge stayed her ruling pending appeal. Will any Florida clerks of court have the guts to start issuing licenses because they swore to uphold the U.S. Constitution? The Boulder, Denver and Pueblo Colorado clerks did. Stay tuned.
