State and federal law enforcement officers are reportedly shaking down Canadians visiting the US, illegally confiscating legally carried cash. Rule against perpetuities
The rule against perpetuities says: Any valid interest must vest not later than twenty-one years after the death of some life in being at the creation of the interest. For the purposes of the rule, a life is "in being" at conception. Recognizing a life "in being" is a life span of an individual plus nine months (at the most) the rule limits vesting to say 90 years (at highest) plus 21 years or about 111 years.

In all honesty, I've been making-up a fair bit of what I've written in the past few days as I've been typing it. I've had some basic ideas and they've been fleshed-out as you see them here. Now, what's supposed to happen is the heroine is supposed to meet the baddy again, more as an equal than as an unarmed, overwhelmed teenager. I don't know if she'll win this confrontation or not. DRAGON 'fires up' for flight

Thales nears flight tests for Royal Navy Crowsnest bid
[image: AW101 ASaC]Thales UK is gearing up to begin flight tests of the heavily revamped and updated Cerberus airborne early warning system it is pitching for the UK Royal Navy’s Crowsnest competition. The up-to-£500 million ($806 million) contest will see a total of eight AgustaWestland AW101 Merlin HM2 helicopters equipped with the mission kits, to replace the navy’s current fleet of aged Westland Sea King 7s, which will begin to be retired from 2016.
